Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed, in their original condition;
- with all original tags and packaging attached;
- accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
How to start a return
Email info@monroe-london.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before requesting a return.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Non-returnable items
Items marked final sale and any personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage.
Return shipping
Unless your item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
