Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Monroe London. This policy sets out how and when we dispatch and deliver your order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT), or at weekends and on bank holidays, are processed the next working day.

Delivery times & cost

• United Kingdom: Free standard delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Delays
During busy periods (e.g. sale or holidays) delivery may take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days of the estimate, please contact us.

Incorrect or damaged items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we'll put it right.
